The paper tapping machine is applied for the copper wire or aluminum wire.
The paper taping head unit is driven by separate servo motor with a max. rotating speed of 900rpm. The working speed could be 600-700rpm.
4 paper pads are installed on each taping head that can wrap 4 layers with the same direction, clockwise or anti clockwise.
The second taping head can run in any directions too that is normally opposite direction of the first one.
The line speed design is for 20m/min. But the real line speed is according to the wrapping pitch and rotating speed.
The paper tension is mechanical constant tension.
