Our old customer in Central Asia needed to buy a new copper breakdown drawing machine due to the demand for production expansion in the end of year 2021. Because of the advantages of our rod breakdown drawing machine with individual servo motors, they final purchased our FDJ450-13 / TH5000 / WS630-2/ WF800 servo driving copper rod breakdown line for making the copper wire with size of 1.2-4.0mm.
FDJ450-13 / TH5000 / WS630-2/ WF800 servo driving copper rod breakdown line is our mature and advanced production line which contains FDJ450-13 main drawing machine, TH5000 annealer, WS630-2 double spooler and WF800 coiler.
The 13 drawing capstans of FDJ450-13 main drawing machine are driven by separate servo motors. Due to the closed-loop control of individual servo motor for each capstan, slip difference can be controlled and micro-sliding can be realized between wire and drawing capstan. The wire will have good quality and smooth surface. Our servo motors equipped with high-performance Siemens reducer, machine running with low noise and high speed. 13 capstans are structured by 4+4+4+1. The first 12 drawing capstans adopt full immersed type for cooling and lubrication. The final capstan is cooling by inner circulation water. This structure is optimized designed that is easy for operation and maintain.
TH5000 annealer is consisted of conductive system, oxidation protection system, cooling system,drying system, electrical system and so on. Direct current power and optional annealing voltage meets the different wire size requirements. The contact wheel adopts rotate jointer and cooling from inner side type. It effectively improves the working life of bearing and nickel ring.
WS630-2 double spooler machine can realize wire exchange automatically between the double spoolers in the production process with fixed wire length and continuous production. The production process is stable, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
WF800 coiler is designed with the eccentric rotation wire falling mechanism. The characteristics are high loading density, good quality and no entanglement in the next pay-off process. WF800 coiler adopts combined gear transmission type and internal mechanical oil lubrication. It’s simple maintenance and durable.
